how do you "protect" their rights?
by strengtening their cognitive capabilities
by teaching them western and eastern philosophies
by drawing them back to cultural knowledege and its ethics of authenticity
by having them leave tribal practices confused as religion; practices borrowed from far-away nomadic tribe doing more harm than good to the malay's metaphysical sanity ...
by telling the malays that there is a lot to learn from other cultures and the beauty of differing cultural philosophies
-- all these to regain the pride of the malays
so that they will no longer need their kings and queens and anyone claimed to protect the malay identity
or any idiotic politcal party out to skin the malays alive by pretending to equate politics with morality
