Freedom is the very air that a true university breathes. Freedom is the foundation for any university aspiring to greatness. You take away the freedom, and you take away the live of the university. Oh maybe they don't want it to be a true university after all. A school with a name of a university is all they need. And schools like this in our country we have aplenty.
Be careful Dr, you may be the next one to get suspended. Knowing how the politicians in UMNO and their litle puny caliphs behave in office, everything against their agenda is haram. Even the royal institution is considered incompetence with UMNO acting as "adviser" and "consultant", and the royal institution of Sultan and Agong acting now as mere proxy. and with "muslim" politicians from UMNO throwing mud on opponents and dragging innocent children into the political mess they initiate, and with a mouthpiece like the "ooo tooo san", havent the brand of Islam practised and controlled by this hisbul-haram sank deep enough into intellectual, logical, legal, religious, judicial apostacy, since the basic undercurrent of their "niat" and "qifayah" is nothing but "nafsr" for power and their behaviour is nothing more than the cursed "munafiqun-wa-laknatullah"?
well said, but Dr., isn't more noble to stand up against all false accusations and baseless, paradox rhetoric, if one could refer them as one...
how willing you're to sit aside and witness your beloved nation crumbles?
I'm too young, advocacy is the most a 18 could do, but I bet Dr. could make a difference, a significant one.
