If you, Dr Azly, persist in ignoring the facts of history, biology and evolution(which greatly favour the average Chinese intellectual capability over that of your own race) and wish to disadvantage the Malays in the matter of Government scholarships, you may find that the already considerable racial achievement gap which exists at present in your beloved Malaysia will be widened in the near future.

The distribution of scholarships needs a nation-building agenda. Priority given to scholars who intend to do courses identified as critical to Malaysia's evolution to the next level.
what for? many will use it to exploit the priviledge .They never return and use the country and scholarship as a stepping stone to other developed nations. Arent you a product of such affirmative action doc?
