RE: URGENT DISCUSSION NEEDED ON ROAD GANGSTERS and HIGHWAY ROBBERS
Malaysians need to be guaranteed of their safety in the streets; protected against street gangsters and street robbers. How much has changed since the problem of "Mat Rempits" were highlighted years ago? What kind of law enforcement is in place re: street patrol? Do we need the Singapore police or the California Highway Patrol to advice us on how to deal with this issue?
